The Trade Warriors program, created by Trane® in partnership with RightTek HVAC Training and the Army’s Career Skills Program at Fort Bragg (now also at Fort Hood), provides an intensive 8-week hands-on HVAC training for active-duty service members within six months of separation and current veterans. The program aims to address the skilled labor shortage in the HVAC industry while offering meaningful career opportunities for military veterans transitioning to civilian life. The curriculum includes comprehensive training on residential Trane equipment, preparation for key industry certifications, and support for job placements with Trane dealers nationwide
