About Us

The story of RightTek HVAC starts with two friends.

Our Story

RightTek HVAC Training LLC was founded with a mission to elevate the standard of HVAC education and training nationwide. The journey began when two seasoned professionals in the Heating & Cooling industry, Anthony and Bill, recognized a critical need for high-quality training for the next generation of HVAC technicians.

Anthony, a successful entrepreneur with a universal HVAC license, brought extensive practical experience to the table. His comprehensive knowledge and hands-on expertise in all aspects of HVAC systems positioned him as a leader in the field. Bill, a mechanical engineer and esteemed educator at a local community college, had a profound understanding of HVAC principles and a passion for teaching. Together, their combined expertise and shared vision laid the foundation for what would become RightTek HVAC Training LLC.
