I recently completed my training at RightTek HVAC training, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I enrolled, I felt supported and confident in my decision. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and bring years of real-world experience to the classroom. They are passionate about what they teach and go above and beyond to ensure that every student understands the material. The curriculum is comprehensive and well-structured, covering everything from basic principles to advanced techniques. The hands-on training is particularly valuable, as it allows students to apply what they've learned in a practical setting. The state-of-the-art facilities and equipment provided an excellent learning environment, closely simulating real-life scenarios we will face in the field. One aspect that stood out to me was the career services department. They offer fantastic support in job placement and career development, providing guidance on resumes, interview preparation, and connecting students with potential employers. Thanks to their efforts, I secured a great job shortly after graduation. The sense of community at RightTek is also worth mentioning. The staff and fellow students are friendly and supportive, creating a positive and motivating atmosphere. I made some great connections and friendships that I know will last throughout my career.Overall, I highly recommend RightTek to anyone considering a career in HVAC. My experience with RightTek was nothing short of excellent. I was fortunate enough to be able to attend the Trade Warriors HVAC course having no prior experience in the field. The content of the course, hands on learning, experience of the instructors and professionalism that is displayed every day has given me a boost of confidence as I transition from being in the Army to starting a brand new career in the HVAC field. This is a great class and opportunity to enroll in. The instructors have a vast knowledge of the HVAC industry and how it relates to each day of new installations. This was and is an outstanding opportunity for soldiers who are making that transition into the civilian life. During this class they help set you up with multiple interviews with employers in whatever state you’re looking to relocate or reside in. The minimum pay they will let a trane employer come into the hiring side is $18 or more. Yes it’s right weeks but honestly you will retain all the knowledge of you stay with it and pay attention in class and put the time in at home to study.
